The contract is the largest to date under the strategic framework agreement signed by the Danish Building and Property Agency and Hoffmann A/S in December 2020.
The project will provide students and researchers at Roskilde University with a more open, modern, and attractive campus. Five buildings from the 1970s are to be completely renovated and complemented by two new connecting buildings. In total, the building mass comprises 8,600 square metres. To make navigating around the campus easier, outdoor spaces will also be included in the renovation.
Work on the project starts in January 2024 and is expected to take two years.
The contract is included in the order book for Q4 2023.
