Veidekke: Residential Development Project in Bergen in partnership with OBOS
Veidekke and OBOS have entered into an agreement to establish a 50/50 partnership for the development of the Kristiansholm residential project in the Sandviken district of Bergen. The companies will jointly own the project, while Veidekke will serve as the design and build contractor for the development.

Veidekke: Phase Two of Eikeparken Residential Development in Stavanger
Veidekke has been awarded a contract by Base Bolig and Bori BBL to construct the second phase of the Eikeparken residential development at Kristianslyst in Stavanger. The project comprises 38 apartments distributed across two residential buildings. The contract is a design and build agreement valued at NOK 109 million excluding VAT.

Moving of cultural buildings
Veidekke has been entrusted with relocating 12 of the important cultural buildings to be preserved for the future.

The ZEB Flexible Lab in Trondheim is among the world's most sustainable builds.
Himmerfjärdsverket
The project, which is currently in the production phase, is being carried out by Veidekke in close collaboration with the customer Syvab, as a combination of execution and turnkey contracts.

Cederhusen
Cederhusen in new Hagastaden will be Stockholm’s first large apartment building in solid wood. We are currently completing the first stage with 111 apartments.
