The transaction will give Veidekke a financial gain and additional liquidity of approximately NOK 130 million and will be included in Veidekke Infrastructure Sweden’s 4th quarter 2022 results.
Veidekke has blasted and prepared the 206,000 square meters of industrial land in Snebro since 2015.
“Mass handling in central regions is a core business for Veidekke's industrial operation. Our strategy is to operate our business from locations which can later be used for property development, and Snebro is a good example of this. It is good to know that our site here can take on new value as a logistics property,” says Marcus C. Nilsson, EVP at Veidekke.
