According to the agreement, Hoffmann A/S will contribute to safe and efficient execution of projects through close, recurring and committed collaboration involving fewer contracts and interfaces. All construction projects with a value in excess of DKK 3 million can be executed through the strategic framework agreement.

As the Danish state's largest property company, the Danish Building and Property Agency develops premises for universities, the police, courts and central administration.
Individual projects under the framework agreement will be included in the order book for the respective quarter during which they are signed.
