“Mathildetunet will be the seventh construction stage in Skårerbyen and Veidekke’s first commission in the extensive Lørenskog project. The contract attracted several bidders, so we are very pleased to have won the competition for the commission. We really appreciate the confidence shown in us and are looking forward to extending the good partnership we have with Selvaag Bolig from other ongoing residential projects,” says head of department Morten Barreth with Veidekke Bygg Oslo.
The three buildings Veidekke will erect will be from four to seven floors in height surrounding a common outdoor area with landscaping and a playing and recreational area for the residents. Apartments range in sizes from 39 to 108 m2 with large windows and good ceiling height. In the underground garage there will be parking spaces, storage spaces and technical facilities. Residents have access to several common areas both in Mathildetunet and in the existing common areas of the neighbourhood.
Work has already started with handover scheduled for the second half of 2025. This commission is included in Veidekke's order book for the first quarter of 2024. Read more about the project here.
