Veidekke company awarded contract for Otra Amfi in Kristiansand

Veidekke's subsidiary Br. Reme AS has been awarded the contract to build an apartment complex in the centre of Kristiansand by Otra Amfi A/S. The value of the contract is NOK 120 million excluding VAT.

Otra Amfi is an apartment complex with gross floor space of approx. 6,500 square metres with 60 different flats in three structures. 42 of the flats have already been sold.

Otra Amfi is located opposite one of the corners of the city centre quadrant with open landscape down towards the Otra River. All of the flats from the ground floor up will have spacious terraces facing the southwest. Several of the end flats will also have large terraces with views and ample sunlight. All of the buildings will have large roof terraces and there will be spacious parking facilities in the basement with lifts all the way up to the roof terraces.

Construction will commence in May, and the flats will be ready for takeover in the first quarter of 2013.
