In the Sendo building there will be 22 holiday apartments for sale varying in size from 45 to 193 m2 with their own balconies or terraces. The Skabotn building will have 20 apartments for long-term rental. Next to the entrance hall there will be a well-equipped ski storage room where each apartment will have their own large storage space, and there will be a shared parking facility and storage rooms in the basement underneath the two buildings. The location is as central in Myrkdalen as can be, with ski lifts and cross-country trails, hiking trails and bike trails just outside.
“We appreciate the commission and are very pleased with the confidence shown in us. We have extensive and good preparations behind us, and are confident that this will be an excellent project for Myrkdalen Fjellandsby, those who will occupy the apartments and for us as contractor,” says District Manager Thor Småbrekke of Veidekke Bygg Bergen.
Construction is just starting up, with occupation scheduled for the end of December 2024. More about the project: https://eiendom.myrkdalen.no/vare-boliger/sendo-skabotn/til-salgs
