On 31 May 2011 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 100 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 48.40 each. The Trust now holds 287 741 shares.
Senior executives bought shares in Veidekke from Stiftelsen (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) in May, see notifications 13 and 18 May 2010. These shares will be transferred from the Trust in June/July. The balance of Veidekke shares is shown after this transaction.
