In connection with Veidekke's acquisition of Bouwfonds' shares in Bouwfonds Veidekke AB, a press conference will be held on 1 June 2011, at 1000 a.m.
There will be two parallel press conferences; one in Oslo and one in Stockholm.
The presentation in Oslo will be held at Veidekke's headquarters in Skabos vei 4, at Skøyen. Veidekke will be represented by Managing Director of Veidekke Eiendom, Arne Giske and CFO Jørgen Porsmyr.
The presentation in Stockholm will be held at ABG Sundal Collier's offices in Regeringsgatan 65. Veidekke will be presented by Managing Director of Veidekke Bostad, Per-Martin Eriksson and Financial Director Jørgen Michelet.
