Veidekke Entreprenør AS has entered into a contract with Altus Eiendom AS to build 46 apartments at Sotra by Sartor Storsenter. The work is a turnkey contract and the total value is NOK 80 million excluding VAT.
The project will have a gross area of 3,600 square metres and will be carried out in cast concrete with a gallery. In total there are 46 apartments ranging from 50 to 130 square metres in size with the bulk being 60 - 90 square metres.
The facade will be a combination of brick and panelling. Work is already underway, and the project is to be completed in the summer of 2011.
